Health services you can access online
If you are registered with a GP surgery, there are a number of providers who offer services to for you to manage your healthcare online.
You will be able to:
- book, check or cancel appointments with a GP, nurse or other healthcare professional (26 Aug.2020 currently disabled)
- manage your repeat prescriptions
- View Your Summary Record, If enabled by your GP practice, you can view your prescription history and allergy information online.
- View your Detailed Coded Medical Record (DCR), If enabled by your GP Practice, requested by yourself and consented to by your clinician, you can view your detailed coded medical record online.
Try the NHS App
If you’re a patient at our practice you can now use the new NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet. There is no need to contact the surgery to set up your account as this can all do done within the app usually within 2 hours.
You can us the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and more.

If you don’t have access to a smartphone or tablet
Please contact the surgery, a member of our reception team, who will ask you a number of questions unique to you to verify your ID over the phone, they will then email you a list of the available service providers and information to activate your account with your chosen provider.
